First allergies :  If you think you are allergic  to animals, obviously keep your bedroom door closed at all times. Temperature :  High temperatures can interfere with sleep quality , whilst low temperatures do not appear to do so. If it is practical try to keep your bedroom cool and reasonably well ventilated.
