Lack of sleep - Causes and Remedies

A basic definition of insomnia is based on a sensation of daytime fatigue. There are actually multiple levels of insomnia or degrees, but it’s generally accepted that even though you are tired, you have difficulty sleeping or falling asleep, or even staying asleep. When you wake-up in the morning, you do not feel rested, due to the disturbance in these sleep patterns.

The question becomes is insomnia a sleep disorder of it’s own, or is it a symptom or side effect of another condition? Not everyone agrees on one final answer at this time. Read the rest of this entry »

Drinking water will help you sleep better

bottled_waterWe have an amazingly balanced machine as bodies. From birth, this balance exists between us and our environment. Sadly, not many know what to do to maintain this balance throughout our lifetime. For example, when we breath in the polluted air and eat the wrong foods, we do not do ourselves any service, and lack of sleep is a major result of all these.
